Magis

Magista Aristyo, known as Magis, is an Indonesian DJ and producer born in Bandung and now based in Bali. Starting as a bedroom producer in 2015, he has steadily grown into an active force in the music scene. His sound moves fluidly across genres, shaped by personal experiences and the people who influence him.

In 2022, he released his debut EP NUX under Non Archive. Recent works include “eX-Trim” with VT-00 (Ear Flux Records, 2023), “The Land That You Promised” with VT-00 (featured on Bunga Elektronika Vol. 4, Dead Papaya, 2024), and “Squeeze” with F00RY (Non Archive, 2025).

Magis is part of Swanky Express (Jakarta), a collective known for high-energy events. He also throws underground parties in unconventional spaces, crafting moments that merge music, spontaneity, and raw atmosphere — highlighted by the NUX release party with Non Archive. Beyond music, he runs Rush etc., a creative studio built on instinct and impulse.
